With Stretch and Refresh, you can get a mindful workout out in as if you were going to any 30 minute meeting on your calendar. The session begins with a simple, powerful sequence of chair-yoga and standing stretches to bring awareness and relief to the physical effects of stress, followed by a short breath-based mindfulness meditation for a sense of calm clarity. You will be surprised at how physically challenging this can be without ever having to break a sweat.
As a result, your body will appreciate the movement and your mind will appreciate the clarity with this office-friendly program designed to stretch the body and the mind.
