We avoid conflict because we feel it will cause trouble. The anger that conflict can cause creates frustration and stress. The disagreements damage relationships. Thus, we choose to hide conflict in the dark corners of the office.
When managed properly, conflict can lead to great things. Mine Conflict will teach participants to manage conflict positively by acknowledging it and facing it head on. Rather than shy away from conflict, you can use conflict to your and the team’s advantage. Becoming comfortable with conflict can take the team’s work from ordinary to exciting, thought-provoking and fun.
